Mike Olin - President (CEO)
Mike attended Monroe Community College for business. He started Dialed In Performance as a means to help his friends rebuild their cars more than two years ago. He's always had a love for fast cars. He's grateful for his Dad, Jeff's, help and support in all of his adventures including helping to grow Dialed In!
Gabe Massaro- Treasurer (CFO)
Mike’s right hand man. Gabe went to SUNY Oswego and got his MBA in business and marketing. He helps to make sure everything works behind the scenes, so that the customer experience works in the front.
Mark Cammilleri - Chief Operation Officer (COO)
Mark has spent the last 12 years building a Civil Construction Company. He owns a 2011 Subaru STi that was built by the techs at Dialed in, and admired the care that was given to his build. From there, Mark decided to join the Dialed in team to help the company grow to its full potential by coordinating business strategies he has used in scaling up his own company.
Kidanny Reyes - Shop Foreman
Kidanny attended Alfred University for Mechanical Engineering and Alfred State College for Automotive. He then worked at a local Ford dealership where he became a Ford Certified Technician. Kidanny’s leadership and intricate diagnostic capability earns him the title of our Shop Foreman.

Ian Mercurio - Lead Technician
Ian attended Toyota’s T-TEN Program at Monroe Community College. He then worked at a local Subaru dealership where he became a Subaru Certified Technician. Ian contributes his extensive knowledge of Subaru’s as well as shop organization skills and social media creativity!

Rick Gifford - Tuner
Rick brings his years of experience and knowledge in tuning. He specializes various tuning softwares. If it has an engine, he can tune it!
